Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Experienced Trim Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design and precision, taking pride in flawless installations. You will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, and installing various types of wood and composite trim to elevate the aesthetic and quality of our builds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, and install crown molding, baseboards, door and window casings, wainscoting, chair rails, and custom architectural millwork.
  • Hang interior and exterior doors, install hardware, and fit custom cabinetry or shelving units as needed.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and project specifications accurately.
  • Select and inspect lumber and trim materials for quality, grain, and straightness, minimizing waste.
  • Operate power tools (table saws, miter saws, nail guns, routers, planers) safely and effectively.
  • Perform finish carpentry work with tight miters, clean joints, and minimal need for wood filler.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a trim carpenter or finish carpenter.
  • Skills: Expert proficiency in finish woodworking techniques, measuring, and tool handling. Advanced capability with compound miter cuts, scribing, and coping.
  • Tools: Must possess a reliable set of standard hand and power tools for trim carpentry (or a willingness to supply them).
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
  • Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew.
